About the Project
The process of finding the errors in each & every business process (For ex – Enrollments, Billing & Invoicing, and market transactions like meter reading upload etc.) was carried out manually which used to take a lot of time, efforts & resources. There was a need to automate this process and reduce the time/cost of error detection so that it can be allotted & resolved quickly by the users/agents.
Maddisoft’s team used SAP’s BPEM module to solve the above-mentioned business challenge.
