Job Duties: Responsible for the technology stage of the sales process. Determine the appropriate technology and products to meet the client’s requirements after performing analysis of client’s technical requirements using knowledge of business, supply chain and information technology matters. Perform reviews of customer’s business to determine the information technology product and service improvements company can offer. Demonstrate to clients how to improve service and reduce costs using technological solutions including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), IIOT, Industry 4.0 Tools, Smart & Connect Equipment, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite and Remote Monitoring. Design and deliver product demonstrations. Simplify technical terms during product demonstrations and post-sales customer support. Oversee all technical issues involved in the sales. Translate and explain highly complex technical information to customers and clients, focusing on revealing how a product or piece of equipment can solve specific problems. Conduct market research and stay abreast of the latest developments and breakthroughs on existing state-of-art technologies and upcoming innovations in information technology including artificial intelligence and machine learning and pass this vital knowledge to the company’s teams and customers. Obtain feedback from clients to improve existing IT products. Author reports and liaison with the production team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, and effective solutions. Assist in negotiating contract terms to meet both client and company needs. Perform analysis of costs and sales and prepare reports.
