Job Qualifications
we have an an exciting opportunity for a Lead IT ERP Microsoft Dynamics Security Specialist. As an specialist, you will work with MSD 365 Finance Ops and Project Ops to design and deliver security roles with roles, duties, privileges, permissions within a given time, identify risks and mitigate the risk during the design phase. You will be responsible for the delivery of a security role design solution which will meet the business requirements of a global organization involving multiple countries. As a Dynamics Security Specialist, you will use cutting edge cloud and data technologies to streamline services. 
Job Responsibilities
•  Work in a team with other Dynamics resources internally and externally using cutting edge technologies to solve challenging   business problems for greenfield implementation of Microsoft Dynamics for global Organization involving FinOps and ProjectOps
•  Work with the team during design and development security roles including custom roles development, deployment and testing
•  Strong experience of integrating identity and access management controls in MSD365. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID   governance.
•  Utilize professional judgement, critical thinking skills and research to improve processes and resolve issues affecting program   performance
•  Prepare ad hoc presentations and report them to stakeholder alongside project manager.
•  Build elegant, scalable, extensible, cost-effective solutions with an eye towards innovation and agility
•  Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to understand client pain points and to self- troubleshoot as challenges arise
•  Collaborate with other members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations   while meeting deadlines and budgets
•  Design, write, unit test, and document application code to successfully deliver project-based work
•  Work in an agile environment with participation in daily stand-ups/scrum
•  Design, write, test, troubleshoot, and document challenges during role design and develop appropriate solution
•  Be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends
•  Ability to translate business requirements and processes into technical delivery options  providing effective IT delivery of solutions
Job Qualifications
•  Hands-on experience delivering Dynamics Security portfolio including:  D365 Finance, D365 Project Operations Attach, D365 Project   Operations Sub, D365 Supply Chain Management, and D365 Team Members.
•  Strong experience working in MSD security roles and in designing, developing and deploying custom security roles in D365 based on   business requirements following good coding practice.
•  Strong experience troubleshooting security issues and resolving Production support issues related to custom objects deployed in   D365 Production environment.
•  Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments on a large scale based on global   organization upward of 1.5B in revenue.
•  Experience developing & deploying security roles for business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform
•  Responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation of a secure MSD 365 environment 
•  Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts
•  Must have experience with full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365
•  Must demonstrate knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies.
•  Experience across the full MS BI Stack – SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
•  Experience on Microsoft Portals
•  Experience with Agile methodology
•  Demonstrated ability to work in matrix team environments, including strong stakeholder interface capability
•  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another related field.  
•  Over 7+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics security roles design, development, deployment and implementations &   support.
•  Strong desire to learn with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
•  Must be able translate business processes, requirements and concepts into technical development and deployment
Preferred Skills
•  Strong experience in designing and developing custom security roles and supporting enhancements.
•  Dynamics 365 Security Certification
•  Familiarity with front end web development background with Blazer, Angular and/or React
•  Familiar with SQL 
•  Familiar with load testing skills such as Storm Runner.
